Please note: Fleetdown United Football Club does not accept bookings for teenage or young adult parties, including, but not limited to, 16th and 18th birthday celebrations.

Hall Hire Pricing
£220 per event
Hire includes use of the clubhouse from 7:30pm until 11:30pm.
Saturday Access & Event Preparation
During the football season, the clubhouse is used by our teams and players throughout the day.
On Saturdays, players are required to vacate the premises by 6:30pm, meaning access to the hall for event setup is available from this time onwards.
We appreciate that some events require advance preparation. Where arranged, decorations such as balloons may be delivered earlier and securely stored in a locked area until the clubhouse becomes available.
Booking & Payment Information
Securing Your Booking
To confirm your booking, we require:
50% Booking Deposit (£110) – Payable within 7 days.
Proof of Identification – Two forms of identification must be presented in person to a club representative, at least one of which must be photographic ID.
Final Balance
The remaining 50% (£110) must be paid no later than 4 weeks before your event date.
We recommend ensuring all payments are made by the required deadlines to avoid any issues with your booking.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A separate £100 refundable damage deposit is required alongside your final balance.
This deposit is held as security against any damage to the clubhouse or its facilities during your event.
Following your event, the premises will be inspected. Provided everything is left in a satisfactory condition, your damage deposit will be refunded.
Arranging Your Refund
After your event, please email treasurer@fleetdownunitedfc.org.uk with your bank details so that your refund can be processed once the inspection has been completed and approved.
