Pride in the team
Hi all, my name is James Burn, Fleetdown Under 11’s Black manager, and further to my interview I wanted to reiterate how proud I am with our current squad. The boys have taken on so much information Over the last few years and the work put in from not only myself but the players has really started to pay off.
Passion from players & parents
It’s not easy football, but it’s the most enjoyable sport in the world and when you have beliefs and a culture within a club that’s precious. I’m a fortunate coach to have not only a special group of players but a supportive and likeable group of parents That follow the Fleetdown U11 Blacks every week. It is always in my interest to bring great people to the club so we can share the journey together.
Looking forward to next season
The hard work and sometimes harder decisions are yet to come the older the boys now become but with hard work, togetherness and understanding of how and why we want to achieve something we help them along the way.
I am super exited to return to the club and manage these players for another year. Again thank you To my players and to our supporters because without you guys it wouldn’t be as successful and enjoyable every week.
